What we do
The Government is committed to developing a vibrant international school sector to meet the demand for international school places from non-local families living in Hong Kong and families coming to Hong Kong for work or investment. This website aims to make available information relating to international schools, private independent schools, and schools under Direct Subsidy Schemes that offer non-local curricula in Hong Kong for these parents.
In general, the Education Bureau oversees the policies related to all schools and education in Hong Kong and implements the facilitation and monitoring measures accordingly.
